24 hour support
SkiClass groups have direct access to the TUI Travel Group 24 hour duty office, staffed by a specialist experienced team to support Party Leaders and overseas staff. Resources include full emergency procedures and protocol, access to senior management and other independent experts along with the most up to date information and computer links around the clock.
Help with Risk Assessments
- Advice on how to complete risk assessments and health and safety paperwork
- Assistance with paperwork as required by your local LEA
- An inspection visit to get to know the area and complete your specific risk assessment
Safety Management System - Download
We assess each component of a tour individually, not only the adventure factor but how the risks can be effectively managed, so as not to remove the original experience, but to be as safe as possible. We use an auditing process for all our accommodation, excursions and transport, all in accordance with the School Travel Forum. Our Safety Management System is externally verified by experts in their field and is carried out annually. Click here to view on line.
We have a Health and Safety Manager at SkiClass who audits all our hotels and works closely with outdoor education advisors across the country. For any queries, please do not hesitate to ask.
