Sunday River

Each ski area links easily and provides skiing for all abilities. Clever design of the lifts and trails makes the most of the area, minimising traversing. Runs are specifically designed with contouring drop offs and rolls so that a wide variety of skiers can enjoy the same run. The efficient lift system has a capacity of 32,000 skiers per hour so non-skiing time is kept to a minimum. Beginners will enjoy the gentle runs on Spruce Peak and North Peak. Locke Mountain is ideal for intermediates while experienced skiers will find some long hard trails and two huge snow basins with no grooming at White Cap. Sunday River also has 10 unique ski and snowboard ‘playgrounds’.
