Mount Snow

Mount Snow is nestled in the Green Mountain National Forest, located in the southern Vermont. The skiing, covering 588 acres spread out over 4 mountain areas, offer an excellent variety of terrain. Gentle beginners' slopes, blue cruisers, challenging black diamonds and technical tree terrain guarantee there is something for everyone.
‘Long John’, a 3.1 mile green run that starts at the summit and finishes at the base is a great confidence booster for beginners to “conquer” the mountain. For intermediates, the nice sections of gladed terrain mean even intermediates can feel ‘extreme’. As for the more advanced skiers, the North Face is home to numerous trails including ‘Ripcord’, a double-diamond trail offering some of the steepest terrain in the Northeast.
