This 3-storey chalet is located in the Vars village known as Ste. Catherine. It boasts an idyllic location on the hillside, just above the local primary school, offering stunning, panoramic views over the ski area and valley. It’s a tranquil spot, with a sunny southerly outlook, full of authentic charm and the two brothers who own and run the chalet are really welcoming and accommodating.
This makes an ideal base for a group wanting sole occupancy accommodation as the maximum capacity is 55 beds. On the ground floor, the dining room and bar/lounge are bright and modern with a table football game, sound system and television for the group to use. The proprietors are happy for groups to use the bar facility as their own, bringing their own drinks and tuck shop supplies which will save on the expensive prices so often associated with ski resorts.
The rooms, spread mainly over 2 floors, vary in size and have a shower and sink in each. Toilets are located in the corridors.
It takes a just a short journey to access the main ski area and resort facilities in Vars les Claux. A local navette service can be arranged which stops close to the chalet.
