Espace Killy (Tignes)

The Espace Killy is one of the world’s top ski areas and Olympic renowned, linking the famous Val d’Isère with the high altitude resort of Tignes. Both resorts offer superb skiing and snowboarding for all levels. Tignes groups are provided with the local pass, however the ‘Espace Killy’, covering the neighbouring resort of Val d’Isère, is available at a supplement. There are three main access points from Val d’Isère – the Solaise ascends from the centre of the town to the glacier at a height of 2560m.

Ski level
Excellent ski schools and nursery slopes in Tignes make for quick progression for beginners. For intermediates, an unbeatable selection of blues and reds can be reached by taking the Funicular up from Val Claret to the glacier.

Snowboarding
Tignes is well-known for being the birthplace of snowboarding in France so ‘boarders will feel right at home. The resort holds three enormous snow parks including a huge half pipe with its own drag lift.
