Saalbach

This is one of the best integrated ski areas in Europe and is well known for the extensive skiing and snowboarding for all abilities. Intermediate and advanced skiers are especially well catered in this interlinking ski circus. Thanks to recent investments in snow making facilities, the area has a good snow record. The twin village of Saalbach Hinterglemm offer traditional charm and lively night life and a wealth of evening entertainment possibilities for school groups.

The ski circuit connects both clockwise and anti clockwise to give one of the most satisfying ski areas in Austria. There is extensive and varied skiing for all abilities and snow boarders are also well served. Nursery slopes for beginners are well served by lifts at village level in both resorts and there are also suitable slopes at a higher level.
